The true essence of Christmas

Christmas is in the air. Christmas lights and trees are everywhere. The malls have already thee vibe of Christmas. Decorations are extravagant. Truly, Christmas is coming.

But wait, Why are we celebrating Christmas? What is the true essence of Christmas? WE are celebrating the birth of our savior. Our Lord Jesus Christ's birthday is the most important date of the year. It's the season to remember his love for us.

At some point, we are missing the true essence of Christmas. With all the attention to shopping and santa claus, we miss what's truly important. That we must remember Christ not only on Christmas day but everyday.
